Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting DKB connections via FinAPI. Due to a confirmed bug on FinAPI’s side, credit card and some investment data may be unavailable or incomplete. Cash accounts are working as expected. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as a fix is available.

Identified - We are currently experiencing issues with Consorsbank account updates via the PSD2 (XS2A) redirect flow. Users may encounter a white screen when being redirected to Consorsbank’s login page.
The issue originates on Consorsbank’s side, and we are awaiting their resolution. FinTS connections remain unaffected.
We will update this page as soon as the bank provides further information.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting our US bank integrations that rely on the Plaid API. Our systems are intermittently unable to establish new connections to US financial institutions in the production environment.
